"Unbelievable" is the only word survivors could find to describe what happened. In the early hours of the morning, a ballistic missile struck this neighborhood, destroying buildings and leaving entire families with nothing but their lives.

More than 70 buildings were damaged or erased. Lives were lost—adults and children alike. For many, survival itself felt like a miracle.

Homes were reduced to rubble. Gas lines were destroyed. Families suddenly found themselves without basic necessities—no kitchens, no appliances, no sense of normalcy. In the midst of shock and trauma, daily life became impossible.
